The Triad Model of Delivery
Through Health Education, Adult Education and Alternative Dispute Resolution, we connect the challenges of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) into the projects that we ideate and implement. This layered methodology holds the golden thread of EDI which runs through all our projects within health, education and alternative dispute resolution to achieve social cohesion.
The intersectional framework has been conceptualized by identifying a person, group of people, or social problem/s that has been affected by a number of discriminations and disadvantages; but it is not limited to this interpretation alone. Nothing exists without the other. Therefore nothing can be seen, experienced or resolved without addressing the other.
Health Education
Primary and Preventative Health Education, as part of Healthcare, is a human right for all to live a healthy and full life.
TimiaAfrica designs, informs, shares through health projects that support the transformation of all individuals into whole human beings, who can fully participate in an equal and inclusive society.
Our projects provide on-line and in-person health education on mental, emotional and physiological health support, for example. We create and collaborate on health projects that are suited for the needs of our beneficiaries in communities, through the mandates of partners in the NGO, Public and Private (CSI/CSR) sectors. The projects are facilitated by accredited professionals in the areas of social, health and conflict resolution.
The Art of Conscious Leadership™
Education, a human right, is a lifelong learning activity, pursuit of knowledge, practical skills, work and/or life experience. Equal access and inclusion in education opens doors to relevant opportunities that uplifts individuals who become valued and contribute to sustainable economies for generations to come.
TimiaAfrica designs and implements education programmes tailored for the needs of beneficiaries under the flagship of The Art of Conscious Leadership™ (ACL). This programme is directed at different target markets within leadership and youth, that is supported by Life-Long Learning Certification, Recognition of Prior Learning and Career Path Development for all levels of leadership development.
CES-1: Introduction to Critical & Essential Skills
This introductory programme (CES-1) is directed at individuals or groups in leadership positions in private, public, community or institution. This module includes an introduction to theoretical aspects that include experiential immersive sessions presented by subject matter experts and specialists.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948) emphasises the importance of peace: “everyone has the right to life, liberty, and security of person”. However, conflict exists and is a social phenomenon that is generally caused through communication failures, which highlights the intersectionality of life – a complexity of its own.
Mediation and Peacebuilding promotes the understanding of peace to restore broken relationships between and within families, communities, organisations and governments, while raising the self-respect and dignity of each other. TimiaAfrica’s hands-on engagements, assessments and workshops of tools and strategies reduces such conflict and trauma.
